About these figures
Built October 7, 2026. Congressional figures run from 1980 to 2026 and come from the FEC: whole-cycle totals for every year, report-by-report figures where the FEC has them, itemized spending from 2004 on, and donors from FEC contribution records. State and county figures run from 2018 to 2026 and come from every report filed with the Maine Ethics Commission; for 2026, 496 of 528 Maine campaigns match the Commission’s own profile totals to the dollar. Win/loss badges come from the official results; in ranked-choice primaries the first-round share is shown. Figures have been spot-checked against FEC and Commission summary pages but not fully audited.
