In the 2024 presidential race, Donald Trump carried Piscataquis County with 63.6% to 34.4% for Kamala Harris. That was a Republican margin of 29.2 points, against a Democratic margin of 6.9 points statewide. In the 2022 governor’s race, Paul LePage carried Piscataquis County with 60.3% to 37.8% for Janet Mills. In the 2024 U.S. Senate race, Demi Kouzounas carried Piscataquis County with 49.2% to 42.2% for Angus King (Unenrolled).
