It takes in Lebanon and Acton. It is represented in the Maine House of Representatives by Rep. Jeffrey Adams (R-Lebanon).

In the 2024 presidential race, Donald Trump carried the district with 63.4% to 35% for Kamala Harris. That was a Republican margin of 28.4 points, against a Democratic margin of 6.9 points statewide. In the 2022 governor’s race, Paul LePage carried the district with 58.7% to 39% for Janet Mills. In the 2024 U.S. Senate race, Demi Kouzounas carried the district with 49.9% to 38.3% for Angus King (Unenrolled).
