State House District 21 is one of Maine’s 151 State House districts, as drawn in the 2021 redistricting plan and in effect since the 2022 election. Its population was 8,261 in the 2020 Census.

It takes in Bangor. It is represented in the Maine House of Representatives by Rep. Ambureen Rana (D-Bangor).

In the 2024 presidential race, Kamala Harris carried the district with 58.6% to 39% for Donald Trump. That was a Democratic margin of 19.6 points, against a Democratic margin of 6.9 points statewide. In the 2022 governor’s race, Janet Mills carried the district with 63% to 34.9% for Paul LePage. In the 2024 U.S. Senate race, Angus King (Unenrolled) carried the district with 52.4% to 30.2% for Demi Kouzounas.
