State House District 26 is one of Maine’s 151 State House districts, as drawn in the 2021 redistricting plan and in effect since the 2022 election. Its population was 9,585 in the 2020 Census.

It takes in Old Town, Bradley, and Penobscot Nation. It is represented in the Maine House of Representatives by Rep. James Dill (D-Old Town).

In the 2024 presidential race, Kamala Harris carried the district with 53.7% to 43.8% for Donald Trump. That was a Democratic margin of 9.9 points, against a Democratic margin of 6.9 points statewide. In the 2022 governor’s race, Janet Mills carried the district with 57.9% to 39.8% for Paul LePage. In the 2024 U.S. Senate race, Angus King (Unenrolled) carried the district with 48.8% to 32.3% for Demi Kouzounas. On the Partisan Electoral Alignment Index (Partisan EAI), it ranks as the 55th most Democratic of 151 State House districts.
