State Senate District 14 is one of Maine’s 35 State Senate districts, as drawn in the 2021 redistricting plan and in effect since the 2022 election. Its population was 39,448 in the 2020 Census.

It takes in 12 places, the largest of them Winthrop, Gardiner, Monmouth, West Gardiner, and Farmingdale. It is represented in the Maine Senate by Sen. Craig V. Hickman (D-Winthrop).

In the 2024 presidential race, Kamala Harris carried the district with 48.6% to 48.4% for Donald Trump. That was a Democratic margin of 0.2 points, against a Democratic margin of 6.9 points statewide. In the 2022 governor’s race, Janet Mills carried the district with 52.2% to 45.8% for Paul LePage. In the 2024 U.S. Senate race, Angus King (Unenrolled) carried the district with 53.8% to 37.1% for Demi Kouzounas. On the Partisan Electoral Alignment Index (Partisan EAI), it ranks as the 20th most Democratic of 35 State Senate districts.
