It is part of Congressional District 1, State Senate District 18, State House District 83, and County Commissioner District 1, in the Sebago Lakes Region.
In the 2024 presidential race, Kamala Harris carried Bridgton with 49.8% to 48.5% for Donald Trump. That was a Democratic margin of 1.3 points, against a Democratic margin of 6.9 points statewide. In the 2022 governor’s race, Janet Mills carried Bridgton with 54.3% to 44% for Paul LePage.
