It is part of Congressional District 2, State Senate District 8, State House District 28, and County Commissioner District 3, in the North Woods Region.
In the 2024 presidential race, Donald Trump carried Lincoln with 68.7% to 30% for Kamala Harris. That was a Republican margin of 38.7 points, against a Democratic margin of 6.9 points statewide. In the 2022 governor’s race, Paul LePage carried Lincoln with 64.3% to 33.8% for Janet Mills. In the 2024 U.S. Senate race, Demi Kouzounas carried Lincoln with 50.5% to 40.4% for Angus King (Unenrolled).
