It takes in Winslow, Albion, and Freedom. It is represented in the Maine House of Representatives by Rep. Paul Flynn (R-Albion).
In the 2024 presidential race, Donald Trump carried the district with 55.4% to 42.5% for Kamala Harris. That was a Republican margin of 12.9 points, against a Democratic margin of 6.9 points statewide. In the 2022 governor’s race, Paul LePage carried the district with 52% to 46.2% for Janet Mills. In the 2024 U.S. Senate race, Angus King (Unenrolled) carried the district with 45.4% to 42.3% for Demi Kouzounas.
