State Senate District 13 is one of Maine’s 35 State Senate districts, as drawn in the 2021 redistricting plan and in effect since the 2022 election. Its population was 38,768 in the 2020 Census.

It takes in 20 places, the largest of them Waldoboro, Wiscasset, Boothbay, Bristol, and Windsor. It is represented in the Maine Senate by Sen. Cameron D. Reny (D-Bristol).

In the 2024 presidential race, Kamala Harris carried the district with 53.1% to 44.8% for Donald Trump. That was a Democratic margin of 8.3 points, against a Democratic margin of 6.9 points statewide. In the 2022 governor’s race, Janet Mills carried the district with 55.2% to 43.1% for Paul LePage. In the 2024 U.S. Senate race, Angus King (Unenrolled) carried the district with 53.8% to 33.9% for Demi Kouzounas. On the Partisan Electoral Alignment Index (Partisan EAI), it ranks as the 18th most Democratic of 35 State Senate districts.

As of March 7, 2026, State Senate District 13 had 27,808 active registered voters: 33.2% Democrats, 31.4% Republicans, 31.3% unenrolled, and 3.6% Green Independents. The median household income is $74,893 and the median home value $322,900, against $74,733 and $296,600 statewide.
